FAQ:

Question: When will I hear back about getting a babysitter?

Answer: We will text you at least 48 hours before the job about who your sitter will be. If we are booked, you will receive a cancellation text around the same time.

Question: How can I guarantee to get a babysitter?

Answer: Unfortunately, we can never 100% guarantee a babysitter for anyone, as sometimes we can be booked and/or things can come up. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to have the best chance at getting a sitter. It is never too early to put a request in!

Question: Do all babysitters drive to their jobs?

Answer: Although many of our babysitters do drive to their respective jobs, some are still unable to get their license. Usually, sitters who cannot drive get a ride from a family member.

Question: How do I pay my babysitter for their job?

Answer: Each babysitter may prefer a different way of receiving payment. Cash will always work as a form of payment for sitters, but if you and your sitter would like to discuss a different method of payment (such as Venmo or Zelle), that is up to you and your sitter.

Question: Are all babysitters CPR and First Aid certified?

Answer: Many of our babysitters are CPR and First Aid certified, but unfortunately not all of our sitters are.
